2. Hosting and Server Logs
Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, 4020 Linz, Austria. Each time the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, page visited, and time of access are automatically stored in server logs. This data is used solely to ensure the secure operation of the website and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with World4You.

For processing online donations, we use FundraisingBox by Wikando GmbH, Schießgrabenstraße 32, 86150 Augsburg, Germany. Data processed includes name, address, email address, and payment details – on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for donation processing and, where applicable, the issuance of a donation receipt. Donor data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (§ 147 AO, 10 years).

5. PayPal
For donations via PayPal, your data is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 6. 6. Emergency Report Form – StrayDash
For reporting injured animals on Lombok, we use the form provided by the platform StrayDashoperated by the World Animal Federation (email: info@worldanimalfederation.com). Data that may be processed includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, location information, photos, and report descriptions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. StrayDash acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR; the applicable Data Processing Agreement is available at straydash.com/privacy-policy . Submitted reports are stored until deleted by our on-site team through the dashboard.
